EoL Doula Services

  • Planning Ahead

Providing guidance to support individuals and families prepare emotionally and practically for end-of-life. Tailored to your unique needs, this could include logistics of planning, legacy work, and meaningful conversations when we still have time before end-of-life.

  • End-of-Life Engagement

When end-of-life is more imminent, and clarity, support and decisions are needed.

Support may be provided to the individual, to the caregiver or to the circle of support.

Guidance on identifying what matters most, talking about anticipatory grief, as well as logistical preparation before, during and after. Understanding and deciding ceremonies and celebrations. And much more.

  • Mentoring Doulas

This service is for Doula-curious or newly trained EoL Doulas looking for a mentor and thought-partner as you get started in this new field. Engagements from two-hours to months-long.

  • Talks and Workshops

I offer talk to ease conversation on death and dying, and to raise awareness around the work and gifts of end-of-life doulas. Talks are for groups in professional settings or around the table with friends and family.

Workshops in small groups for individuals wanting to sort out logistics and open space for conversations on aging and beyond.

Description of Services for Individuals, Families and Circles of Care

I walk alongside clients through turbulent times, moments many of us feel unprepared to navigate alone.

*

Whether facing uncertainty about what lies ahead, or needing a steady presence, we way-find through the unknown together to come to clarity and serenity.

*

I provide support to either or all: individuals, patients, caregivers, and circles of care.

*

I serve as a connecting thread when a client moves between situations, experts or caregivers, when they shift between the many transitions that may happen, suddenly or gradually.

*

In these moments of change and uncertainty, I offer consistency and continuity, holding and supporting both the client and their loved ones.

*

Together, we shift from urgency to presence, creating room for meaning and connection in the midst of change.
